Ever North Limited, trading as Finance Magic™, is the controller for information submitted through this site. Ever North Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under firm reference number 800196 and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under number ZA336026.

What the first enquiry collects
We collect your name, contact details, contact preference, campaign attribution and the answers needed to route your enquiry. Depending on the campaign, those answers may include broad age or income bands, smoking status, financial purpose, property values, requested borrowing, deadlines, exit strategy, dependants or existing cover.
Why we use it
We use the information to respond to your request, understand which service or adviser is appropriate, keep an auditable record of consent, prevent misuse, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. The main legal bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and compliance with legal or regulatory duties.
Consent to receive a response about your enquiry is separate from optional consent to receive unrelated marketing. Marketing is not required to use the enquiry service and can be withdrawn at any time.
Who receives it
Access is limited to authorised Finance Magic/Ever North personnel and service providers needed to operate the campaign, including Cloudflare for secure delivery and Google Workspace for V1 lead administration. We may later share relevant information with a lender, insurer, product provider or specialist when that is necessary to progress your enquiry and after the service has been explained to you.
Infrastructure suppliers act under contractual data-protection controls. Any international transfer safeguards and final processor list must be confirmed in Finance Magic's data-protection impact assessment before launch.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained only for the approved operational and regulatory period. Finance Magic's current customer privacy notice says relevant records may be retained for at least six years. The campaign owner must confirm and document the precise retention rule, Sheet access list and deletion process before launch.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for access, correction, restriction, deletion where applicable, portability, or an explanation of how your information is used. You may object to certain uses and withdraw marketing consent. Contact the Compliance Officer using the details above. You may also complain to theInformation Commissioner's Office.
